Purchased. Not able to connect to any of my canon camera (70D, 80D & 7DMkII) When going into camera mode it freezes and states cant acces camera. Need to shut down phone. How do i communicate with my cameras?

Works pretty well. I've been using this for about 2 years now and on two different phones. It seems to be fairly accurate in bright - low light situations. It doesn't work super well for night shots though, but good enough. I have noticed that it gives different reading from my cameras light meters (Nikon FG20 and a Canon F1) but I've tested it and neither are wrong.

best app with the most features for film photographers. by far the best one I have ever found.

I really like this app. its easy to use with some great features. I don't trust my current film camera's light meter. so this is a great and quick way to check current light conditions.

Works really well and the developer has been providing frequent updates for as long as I can remember (I've owned the the app number of years)

Never lost one shot with this app, but you 'll need calibrate with another light meter before uses with film camera.

I take a lot of photos in varying light conditions indoors (using both a dslr and a mirrorless camera) and it has always been trial and error to dial in the desired results. Using this app made what usually took several minutes a matter of second's. Im completely happy with this app which is a rarity.

Didn't work. My phone is a galaxy s20 ultra and the numbers this app was giving me were way off. I pointed my phone at a very brightly lit space, set the f stop and iso accordingly, but the calculated shutter speed was ten seconds. I tried to fix it, but nothing I did made the app give me correct calculations. I don't know if it was a problem with my phone or the app itself, but unfortunately it's useless if it doesn't give me the right settings.

I am an Art major with an emphasis on photography. I use this app to calculate exposure. The paid version allows me to customize it to my camera. It's the only app I've ever paid for and it's worth twice the price.
